Michael J. Hrab is a Partner in our Real Estate Practice Group. He is a 1984 graduate of Western New England College School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from LeMoyne College in 1981. Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985, Michael has been an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse and more recently, an attorney in private practice.

Michael focuses his practice on areas of commercial and residential real estate with an emphasis on real estate development, title transfers and financing. He also practices in the areas of municipal, building code and land use law. He is a frequent lecturer to the New York State Building Officials Conference.
