Chaim J. Jaffe is a partner in the firm and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Chaim has focused on the practice area of commercial and civil litigation. He handles all phases of litigated matters in state and federal courts in the following areas: commercial contracts, employment agreements, real property, commercial leasing, covenants not to compete and security interests.
Chaim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and has also been admitted to the U. S. District Court, Northern District of New York and U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Chaim serves as a Vice-President for the Syracuse Jewish Community Center and has recently served as Vice-Chair for the construction of the Family Sports and Fitness Center.
Chaim also speaks fluent Hebrew.
