Douglas J. Mahr, J.D. is a partner and a member of the Firm's Litigation Department practicing in the areas of construction litigation, business relationships, medical and commercial collections, as well as real property and the Lien Law. He is a 1990 cum laude graduate of Syracuse University School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from State University of New York at Cortland in 1987 (cum
laude).
Doug is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County Bar Associations. He also frequently lectures on contract and litigation issues, including those related to real property home inspections.
