LAWSON S. PARKER II, J.D., is a 2010 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he focused his studies in health care and intellectual property law. He received his B.A. in Government from St. Lawrence University in 2007. Throughout his attendance at law school, Lawson was a law clerk for the Firm.
Lawson is a member of the Firm's Health Care Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of health law, regulatory compliance and general corporate law. He is involved in forming and advising closely-held businesses and health care practices in several aspects of their business operations, including, employment, regulatory, and transactional matters.
A native of Central New York, Lawson is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County Bar Associations.
