Robert D. Scolaro is a Partner in the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate Administration Practice Group. Rob is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and a 1992 cum laude graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. Rob is admitted to practice in New York, Florida and Massachusetts. Rob focuses his practice in the areas of Estate, Tax and Business Succession Planning for individuals and closely-held businesses as well as Elder Law. Rob is also a frequent lecturer on various topics involving estate, business succession and Medicaid Planning throughout Central New York.
Rob is active in the Central New York community by being a member of the Board of Directors of some not-for-profit organizations, as well as sitting on committees for other not-for-profit organizations in Central New York.
Rob is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two wonderful children, participating in various sports and is an avid Syracuse University fan.
