Richard E. Scrimale is a shareholder in the firm and practices within the Business Practice Group. He is a 1993 graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and a 1990 summa cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Rick is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Northern District of New York, United States Tax Court and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of New York. In 2011, Rick was awarded the Accredited in Business Valuation ("ABV") Credential by the American Institute of Certifies Public Accoutants. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business, estate and tax planning for closely held and family owned enterprises, including the following services:
