Richard E. Scrimale is a partner in the firm and practices within the Business Practice Group. He is a 1993 graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and a 1990 summa cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Rick is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of New York. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business, estate and tax planning for closely held and family owned enterprises, including the following services:
