Banking Practice Group
The Banking Practice Group provides its bank clients with a variety of services including the structuring and documenting of loans for businesses and real estate development transactions.The attorneys in the Banking Practice Group have been involved in transactions in over 30 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Their familiarity with all aspects of lending makes them a vital partner in structuring loan facilities that are "money good transactions" and at the same time serves the best interest of the borrower and their business or real estate venture.
The attorneys in the Banking Practice Group have represented both money center banks, regional banks, community banks and insurance companies in transaction ranging from the straight forward to the complex. Tax exempt financing is an area of representation of the Banking Practice Group as well. Its attorneys have been involved in over 300 tax-exempt transactions.
In addition to structuring transactions, the Banking Practice Group represents financial institutions in loan workouts and recoveries. The Banking Practice Group works closely with the Scolaro Law Firm's Litigation Practice Group, whose attorneys are experienced in all aspect of commercial litigation.
