
Chaim J. Jaffe
Chaim J. Jaffe is a shareholder in the firm and Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Chaim focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. He handles all phases of litigated matters in state and federal courts in the following areas: commercial contracts, employment agreements, real property, commercial leasing, covenants not to compete, security interests, estate disputes, commercial collections, banking relationships and business disputes. Chaim has also arbitrated matters before FINRA, the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Chaim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and has also been admitted to the U. S. District Court, Northern District of New York, the U. S. District Court, Western District of New York and U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition, Chaim is an Associate Village Justice for the Village of Manlius.
Chaim has served as President of Temple Adath Yeshurun and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish.
Chaim also speaks fluent Hebrew.
