Daniel J. Fetter
Daniel J. Fetter is a partner in the firm’s Business and Tax and Agricultural Services Practice Groups. His practice focuses on general corporate counsel to closely-held and family-owned businesses, including entity formation, corporate governance, transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations, business and succession planning and employment matters.
With respect to transactional matters, Dan represents clients in a wide range of industries in the sale and acquisition of businesses. He advises clients throughout the entire transaction process, including deal structuring and drafting and negotiating various agreements such as, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, asset and stock/unit purchase agreements, lease and real estate purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, employment/consulting agreements, etc.
