We are pleased to announce that R. Michael Shafer, Esq. and his staff will be joining our firm effective May 1, 2019. Mike has served as Managing Partner of the former Riehlman, Shafer & Shafer since 2001 and brings with him 36 years of legal experience in all general practice areas, including real estate, estate planning, estates and trusts, corporate (with a concentration in agricultural law), and civil litigation. Mike will divide his time between our offices in Tully, Syracuse and Cortland.
